Are there any good track events in VA or NC in January timeframe? Can you recommend some companies that run good events?

 

I doubt it since it gets pretty cold and there is often snow Jan-Mar... Usually track stuff starts back up in late March or so.

Unless you want to rent out the track (Summit Point or VIR) I doubt there are any events this time of year. The high today is a scorching 40 degrees. I assume you're talking about road courses and not drag strips. I rent out drag strips a few times a year if you're interested.

 

Nope, not around VA especially at this time of the year.. middle or end of march would be your best bet for a road track event

They don't have the course schedule out yet for 2007, but like everyone else says, I'd anticipate around Feb/March timeframe.

 

Our local PCA does a great job with track events, but as mentioned above not at that time of the year. Go to http://www.pcapotomac.org/pca/index.shtml to see the schedule of track events.

 

Gunther - thanks for the link... I need to join the local PCA. I want to do a bunch of Auto-X stuff this coming season.
