350mm adapters

Hi
Does anyone have the measurements on the calipers by hand?
I need the size of the bolt holes and distance between them.
Im supposed to draw the adapters and have them cnc machined.

Are the adapters the same on the front as on the rear?

THE spacers to use 997/350mm rotors should be 11mm and factory 997 caliper bolts work for this set up. I don't know the other measurements but it may be easier just to purchase the spacers and bolts they are available fairly cheap .

He's in Norway so it's likely that shipping and taxes will kill him, I too would be nterested in measurements. I suppose a caliper could be pulled to measure and gather the info? We're using a stock caliper for this and simply spacing it out half the gained diameter right? Seems 10mm thickness would work? What's the spacing on the caliper bolts center to center?

yeah thats right.. it will run me for 200usd or maybe more for these smal pieces.
So i'd rather have them made up.
My car is in winter storage so having my own calipers measured is not possible right now.

I assumed 10mm thickness would be right, but maybe 11mm is the correct for some reason.
Im planning to 3d print it in plastic first so i know the design is right, before sending the drawings to the company that cnc machine this in aluminium.
But the center to center bolt holes measurements is whats most important.
also the surface area on the hub that sits against the caliper is also relevant as i want this to match up.

I'd like to get a set too but some of the prices I've seen are a bit nutty even in the States. I've been told a piece of flat stock of the rig thickness can be drilled to fit but I'm not sure I'd be comfortable going to the local hardware store for this, I'd want decent hardened aluminum. Using the 997 bolts makes sense though

I use 11 mm. 10mm is working but the distance between the caliper and the rotar is really tight. with 11mm its better of course. But the downside is - dont know anymore if it was at the front or rear - the pads are sitting a tiny little higher than the rotor.

Very very slightly from my experiences you have to bevel the top of the pad and everything "breaks" in and wears together perfect. One time I did not and the front made crazy noise.

I thought it was only an issue with pad overlap trying to use 380mm rotors with the stock calipers. The 350mm has an issue too?

Yeah stock 996tt calipers w/ 11mm spacers and the 350mm rotors some pads have a very small amount of pad over lap. ATE's seemed to fit well, textars seemed to over lap a little more.

Front center to center is 142mm, rear is 131mm. You'll want to make the spacers 35mm or 40mm wide, 11mm thick. Bolts are m12x1.5. I use 80mm bolts but the 997 stock bolts are 82mm. 80 has plenty of thread in the hole though

Spot on Flewis763!

On the spacers that are for sale there is a profile, is that just to save weight or are there any other benefits by having it smaler in the midle?
