I got a call yesterday afternoon from Reliable and they explained everything going on. Long story short, we're still on track for the car to be delivered within the contract date. While the car is being transferred to a different truck, it's being kept in a climate controlled building and they went to great lengths to assure of me of this, the transportation, and their service as a whole.

On to more pleasant things! Not a great pic, but these have arrived from VCollection:



Fiberglass trunk lip spoiler and carbon fiber front lip. The fiberglass will be painted black to match the rest of the car, giving an "OEM plus" look, while the front lip will balance out the rear diffuser.

 

Looks like a Dodge Dart!

 

Cant wait to see the CF parts on the car!!!!!

I think that is the missing piece to update the look! I'm looking forward to the progress!

Got a call about an hour ago, car gets delivered tomorrow evening! I was hoping it'd e in the morning or something so there'd be lots of light for a video, but hopefully it won't be an issue.

The Car must be home by 10pm, no spinning tires, and no racing red light to red light. And no taking friends for rides. Just straight to where you need to go, and back home!

Yep, showed up exactly as the paperwork said she should. The drivers were really awesome, definitely professionals. Went nice and smoothly!

 

Was it an older married couple? Same people who picked it up? Very nice people indeed. Even though the management was a bit of a challenge for Andrew, the driver's I dealt with were phenomenal. So glad she got there OK.. I've been a nervous wreck the past several days!

 

You should remove/swap out the US spec license plate holder for DBS/ EURO spec. It wil suit the car much better. Just did the conversion on my DB9 and it looks SO much better. Can't wai to see all the bits and pieces coming together!
