I bought my first Porsche ever last week in California. I flew from Florida to L.A. Everyone thought I was insane. But the truth is I found the car I always wanted, including color combination Blue Metallic and Luxor Beige. I went thru 40-50 vehicles nationally and all had a problem or another. I wanted a CPO vehicle with warranty, no CarFax accident reported, a spotless interior, perfect exterior and the right price. I got this all!!

Porsche of South Bay delivered a great buying experience. Matthew the salesman described the car perfectly. I was worried he would tell me the car was perfect to bait the buyer. He sent me pics and reiterated he couldn’t find a flaw. He was 100% spot on. Eric the CPO manager cleared up a big issue with the warranty but got it taken care of. The finance manager Inna made the buying process extremely simple. One sheet, one price, straight and from the hip

Beautiful color combo! Enjoy your car; the 911 will color your opinion of sports cars in general.

Glad you were able to locate the car of your dreams. Great color combo. How was the experience of driving it home across the continent?

Un/Fortunately I didn’t have to do that. I wound up paying Plycar to transport her completely enclosed. I get her next week. I thought about making the drive but then figured 2400 miles would take me at least a week to do it as humanely as possible. I didn’t have the time and didn’t want to risk the damage. I am pretty psyched to get her but I am little precarious of the PDK issues I read, though they seem isolated. I was on the fence on buying the extended warranty thru Porsche because they were asking 6,400.00

I think before the CPO ends you can buy an additional extended warranty.

I was quoted 2000.00 by several companies. But the difference was that Plycar owns their trucks and uses its own employees to drive. To me it meant peace of mind. The owners know the guys quite well and can keep QC on their equipment. They charged me 2,200.00. I think the extra 200.00 was worth it.
