What does 6-speed do with non-responsive vendors?

I bought the Maxspeed Motorsports silver hood crest (https://www.6speedonline.com/forums/...od-emblem.html ) and the red faded to orange in a couple of weeks after I put it on the car in March of this year. Nello from Maxspeed said he would send me a new one with better UV protection under the one-year warranty terms. Since March and some correspondence, I have been waiting for over a month now since the last email/PM I sent and still no response from him or a new crest. So now what?
