I am trying to promote this event to P-car owners. It is a VW/Audi event but as you will read in the link posted below it is a German town with German culture. I went last year and really want to drive my Porsche this year. I was told by the shows promoter that he has contacted PCA and has given them info about the event as well.
I drove my VW last year and had a blast plus there is a planned cruise with a police escort on Sunday. The roads there are similar to the NC mountain roads.

I'd be interested....but the pic shows nothing but VWs...are you sure we wouldn't be outcasts in our P-Cars?...the drive on Sunday looks awesome!...

I am positive! I spoke with the creators of the event and they even invited PCA to come. I asked as well just to be sure because I have a VW, Audi and my C4 so I was going no matter what.

The drive should be a lot of fun not to mention Helen in general is awesome. Last year was a blast and I would love to see some other P-cars there this year. If I get no one interested in going from this site I will plan on bringing my Audi S4 but I really don't want to do that.
I plan on leaving Tampa Friday morning to arrive in Helen before the Friday night event. I will be renting a cabin and staying until Monday morning myself. I left on Sunday last year and was way tired on the way home.
