I was victim of a hit & run accident on Parker Rd just west of Murphy Rd on Thursday 12/4/08. A late model silver Dodge Ram 4 door rear ended me and immediately fled the scene. If you have any information or resources that will be able to assist in the search, please reply.

If anyone has resources to pull all registered silver Dodge Ram 4 doors in a given area, that will help.

Will paypal some loot to the person who provides information leading to the identification of this person. I have a partial plate, so that will help if I have a list of plate #'s to try and reference.

I live right there as well and will also keep an eye out. You check with the Parker and Murphy police depts ? The Parker guys are pretty cool and very helpful.

 

Thanks, I appreciate it....i've been in constant contact w/ the Parker Police officer who responded to the accident. The accident caused a little over $10k in damages to my 07 Toyota RAV4 I use as a daily driver.

 

Update:

Okay, I think I was behind this **** on the way to work on Tuesday . I was at Spring Creek and 75 at the stoplight. Noticed a silver Dodge Ram in front of me and got his plate. It's basically one letter off from what I had originally wrote down immediately after the accident. He turned left before I could get behind and follow, so I just kept on my way to work. Got a good plate though this time.

Gave it to the officer and he said it was a good plate, and he also needs a description of the driver to know who he's dealing with. Will update when I have more info. I hope the Parker police really follows through with this instead of just chalking it up as a lost cause.

 

There's not alot going on out here, so it will give them something to do. They've been really good with those of us that live here.

 

That's true, the town is rather small with very little going on crime wise (that's a good thing). I used to drive through the homes off Rolling Knolls Dr and look at houses. Very beautiful homes and area.

I've already notified the police and my insurance as well. No updates as of yet. I'm hoping insurance may be able to find this persons policy and go after them for my damages, while the police go after him for the hit & run offense.

 

Update:

My insurance investigated and found the other guys insurance provider. I just got off the phone w/ them and gave a statement. They've been in contact w/ the owner of the vehicle, but the actual driver hasn't given a statement yet.

 

Also, the Parker police are not going to file criminal charges b/c we cannot prove that the driver was behind the wheel.
