Good VW Tuner to use

I am not too familiar with VW's, but my good friend is about to start a project on a GTI and I was wondering who the best tuners to consider were. Any recommendations would be helpful.

for good power and reliability, it's APR hands down. If you want big power, check some of the custom builds on VWVortex.com

VW is still a very big part of our business. We have an in-house TSI 2.0T GTI 6speed with a host of mods. The car is a development mule.

I have actually been driving the car the last few days testing a new carbon fiber airbox. It's a ton of fun! The Mk5 is a GREAT platform and reminds me so much of the original GTI's, but with amazing modern day touches. It's a ton of car for the money.

Email me for the scoop. I will take care of your buddy.

first off.. what year/model car and what motor platform will he be using? 1.8t's are generally easier and cheaper to mod and maintain but there is nothing out there like a 24v VR6 or 3.2L (mk4 R32) VR6 turbo'd engine.... just the sound alone will make you soil yourself

We ended up using mostly Neuspeed parts. Exhaust, intake, and such. Flash was done by GIAC. Car runs great for what it's got. Time to put in some race gas and see what it does.
