I have some curb rash on both rear wheels and am going to have repaired. While I'm at it, I was thinking of painting or powder-coating the centers/spokes black. Anyone ever do this? pictures or thoughts? I have an '02 Seal Grey Turbo - modded.

 

I recently found a few pix of RG5 with painted centers - if you do a search on RG5 they should come up for you.

 

I did search - multiple references - for about 40 minutes and came up with two pics, neither of which was focused on the wheels. That's why I then posted the inquiry. Could you point me to some of you findings? Thanks.

 

If you are referring to two pix with a seal grey 996 with black center, those are the wheels I was referring to. If they wont' do, then maybe someone else can help.
