Very attractive price! Can you explain how this wheel differs from your P40 which is bears a resemblance to? It appears to be about half the price of the P40's, so what does one give up in this series vs your flagship models?
Great questions! The main differences between our FlowForm wheels and our forged, for example P40SC wheels, are weight, build and price. FlowForm wheels are created from molten aluminum that is poured into a mold, cast, cooled, then machined to arrive at the desired fit for an application and finally heat-treated.
Forged wheels are different in that they start out as aluminum billet, then cut to spec., heated, and pressed into shape under about 8-12000 tons of pressure. The forging process transmits an enormous amount of energy into the metal and changes the internal grain structure of the aluminum. They are then heat-treated to achieve the right balance of strength and resilience for a higher tolerance to absorb energy in comparison to a FlowForm wheel. Unfortunately, this process is much more time consuming and costly which translates into a higher price tag.
So the major advantages to our FlowForm wheels are that they are relatively affordable, still light-weight and, if I may do say so myself, look great! The disadvantages are that they tend to be heavier than their forged counterparts due to their relatively low material strength properties and can also come in limited specifications. Nevertheless, FlowForm wheels are all engineered and tested to the same standards of HRE forged wheels and carry TUV and JWL/VIA certifications.
Phew! I apologize about the wordy reply, but I hope that helps! Please let me know if you have anymore questions! =))

Thank you!
I should have caught that they were cast instead of forged, that DOES make a difference. Then a couple more for you, Jorge.
1) What is the country of manufacture on the cast wheels?
2) If you were to paint a P40, would you be able to really see much difference compared to one of these?
3) Is the gloss silver similar to the finish on say a BBS cast wheel?
TIA

2. If you put a Gloss Silver FlowForm wheel and a Gloss Silver P40SC wheel side-by-side, the physical/aesthetic differences are very minor (I can add some photos if you'd like!)...I hope that answers this one!
3. Unfortunately, I personally have yet to see a silver BBS cast wheel in person, but if you have seen one of our Gloss Silver wheels in person, it looks identical - I hope I answered this one as well...
Please let me know if you have any other questions Duane!

Really like the wheels, but I cannot find the bolt pattern, offset or widths offered. I am specifically looking for wheels for my 2012 GT500 (5x114.3 20x9/20x11(or 10.5)). Will you be making anything along these lines? Thanks In advance!
Technically yes, for an extra fee, custom colors are available (aside from the standard Gloss Silver and Satin Black).
