Cayenne Sprint Boosters from GMP Performance

Hey guys, there is a lot of chatter going on with the Sprint Booster and we wanted to let you know we have them are are offering an intro deal on them for the month of February.

Cayenne Sprint Booster - Tip

Cayenne Sprint Booster - Manual

When you put the pedal to the metal, nothing beats the roaring sound and feeling of instant acceleration. Sprint Booster is engineered to enhance the driving experience by providing increased acceleration time (eliminating delay) on drive-by-wire cars by continuously measuring and converting the digital signal and providing the ECM (Electronic Control Module) with a new and altered signal for much quicker response. Sprint Booster improves response, increases pedal input sensitivity and delivers more impressive off the line performance you can really feel. Its simple plug-n-play installation takes just a few minutes and delivers instant response throughout the power band, making accelerating and rev matching incredibly more fun. Sprint Booster is application-specific and available for a number of popular high-performance makes and models.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee

Most cars in the 21st century have replaced the more conventional throttle cable for an ECM (Electronic Control Module) that translates how hard the pedal is pushed into electronic signals in order to provide power to the wheels.

The ETC (Electronic Throttle Control), which is also known as Drive-By-Wire, has the unfortunate downside of delayed response and subdued acceleration, which can create problems in certain situations such as up-hill starts, quick gearchanges and overtaking.

SprintBooster overcomes this throttle response delay for your vehicle by providing crisp, on-tap acceleration for whenever the driver demands it.

Get more from your vehicle, fit a SprintBooster today!

Results:

At low revs, the engine responds at approximately half the time in comparison to before.

The delay time whilst accelerating in 3rd and 4th gear and the engine in the mid-range, is almost zero.

Big differences in the higher rev range.

Improved response for downshifts and safer overtaking.

Overall safety and more fun on the road!

I have an '06 Turbo S. I was told Porsche improved the throttle response on the Turbo S. Well if it's been improved I hate to see how the other models respond. Will the Sprint Booster be an improvement on the Turbo S?

One is for manual and the second is for Tip. The third one is a general description we have on there that links to all of them. I fixed it so that only the Man. and Tip. options are active.

one question before I buy this.
Will this work on a Cayenne 2006 V6?
Is the improvement on the V6 as great as that on an S or a Turbo?

and is this true?

"The Sprint Booster is a simple amplifier that multiplies the accelerator pedal sensor signal, making the accelerator pedal more sensitive. It does not eliminate any significant delay in throttle response, nor does it greatly improve acceleration figures. It does not change the adaptive throttle control programming of electronic throttle control vehicles. It does change pedal “feel”. This change in feel is interpreted by some as improved throttle response, acceleration, and a change in adaptive throttle control programming. Considering what it actually does, it is expensive."

if it just amplifies the sensitivity then it's the same thing as pushing the pedal down further.

The feel that it changes is that as you push the pedal, there is an instant feel. Right now, you have to push the pedal down pretty far to get a "reaction" from the vehicle. With the Sprint Booster, you simply touch teh throttle and the car reacts.

Its hard to explain the feel. I guess I would say that you could compare it to pushing on something with a foam pillow in between your hand and the object. You have to get through the pillow first to feel the object. Its a "mush" feeling until you get to the point of compression. It is best to plug it in and try it for yourself. It takes about 20 minutes to figure it out the first time. If you like it, keep it and if not, send it back within 30-days with a money back guarantee.
