GT3 ground clearance
#2
depending on a bunch of variables (tires type, tire pressure, how much have shocks settled, how much weight in driver seat, how much gas in tank)
but basically
3 1/2 inches clearance to black plastic lip and 3 3/4 feet from front axle to leading edge of front lip
- obviously, the front lip can be very easily and quickly removed (one plug on the underside of each end of the black lip (pop it out with a flat head screw driver) and then just slowly rip it off - yes i did say rip - just kind of comes off)
- with this lip off, you will gain about 3inches - this can be huge if required
- i had to do this at the side of the road when i had to get a flat bed with a flat tire
- actually in this case, the rear of the car was more of a problem as with the flat rear tire, the exhaust tips wanted to hit the road as the front of the car was pulled up the flatbed

So unless I am mistaken:
Base Carrera S has 3.78 in. (96 mm) ground clearance.
if you take Sport PASM the car gets lowered another cm giving 3.4 in (86 mm) ground clearance which is about the same as a stock GT3?

Thanks all, ow well, as long as the car doesn't bottom out on some of the speedbumps overhere i'll be happy
Just got the offer for the cargraphic airlift (which should normally also fit on the GT3 facelift) and the price, including labor, is the same as for the Porsche option.

In the US there are no order guides as of this date.

Noselift: 2600€ without VAT
dynamic engine suspension: 1050€ without VAT
And there is a Porsche exclusive option to get clear rear-light clusters

Most of the options are the same price as on the Carrera. Metallic paint is a bit more expensive. Paint-to-sample is A LOT more expensive. Leather dash a little bit less expensive.

Unfortunately if I spec it my car will only be built in September, delivery in October
So i had to remove the option from the list. At least I'll have my car for the summer then. Once I have it i'll see if I go OEM retrofit, or the Cargraphic one.

Yeah, hence the price I guess, it will be an option many want.
