The cab still tracks straight, and the roller is for sale. What really sucks is this car had a very high end sound system, the guy who was hired to remove it, said he couldn't get the head unit out as it was wedged, yet when I pulled the console, the head unit came right out, and there is no damage to the console, but the head unit went from a very high end to a $50 unit, plus he said he auctioned everything else off after 30 days, some one is going to get a visit from Jonny Law!!!

Ouch!
First, I am glad to hear that you are all right.
Second, sorry to hear about your misfortune. These thing happen, that is why they are called "accidents" and it is sad to have a sweet vehicle that you put so much into get racked up.
Let us know if you are going to part it out, it may be a little soon to make that call just now.
that hurts to look at, ouch.
Verry sad, but nice to know that the 968 is pretty crash worthy. It held up nicely in what appears to be a substantial impact to protect the passenger compartment. If you had been driving a tin can it could have been worse.

The body, top(new), susp (Konis adj), int (was new) and the 17" wheels (that were about to get powder coated, the reason there aren't on the car, but not now) are for sale as a roller.

The only thing I want is the gauge cluster!
Insane plan dashed again.
I have been on the look out for a 968 rear end to do a six speed upgrade to my 924S. The project (from what little I know of it) would require the six speed, which you are keeping. Oh well, I guess I stick with the 5 speed, bad 2nd snchro and all.
