A few things that take away from the value, fyi.
1. the front spoiler doesn't belong there, and now you will be left with a few holes visible in the front fenders to remove it.
2. the black dash cap means the leather dash under it is trashed, and pod is surely cracked too. Those are not cheap things to remedy, maybe $1500 for both from Paul Champagne.
3. The front seats are probably in bad shape, you should post a pic of them and the rest of the interior as well.
4. Has any maintenance ever been done on the car ever (aside from the newer blue plug and coil wires)?
5. Is the odometer functioning? most that show 00.0 on the tripmeter haven't worked since being reset and breaking the odometer gear (which could have been 15 years ago or last week with this car) Carfax is no help with a '79.
6. Don't get your hopes up too high on the sale price, because it is not a. in great shape and b. pristine or original.
sorry, just some honesty here. I would love to have a lime green '79 euro a/t, but it would have to be pretty nice.
