I already talked to Luis off the forum about this. But I wanted to ask you guys, what would be a fair price to pay for this car? It's a 1988 944 turbo s with 81k. 3 owners and all records. Looks like a very well mantained car.

Mmmm 88 silver rose, my favorite. I would venture to guess somewhere between 12 and 14 depending on PPI results.

You need to see when the big ticket items have been done last: Clutch, and waterpump/timing belt. Those will factor into offering price.

I test drove the car today. It's really clean. I will get a ppi done next week and if everything checks I will buy it. That thing is really fun to drive. Can't wait.

 

I just don't think I could do the pink plaid interior!! Looks like a really nice car though.

This market is good for buyers - I's probably offer $12k & save a few bucks for a set of burgandy sport seats.
