New member here. Very active in other forums but thought I'd hop on here and hopefully contribute,

Sort of a car addict. I flip quite frequently but I believe I have found one that I will keep for a little while. It was a crazy road to get her. Bought a 2014 C2S in August, traded in Jan. for a 2014 TT, returned it after 6 days to order a TTS coupe then saw this cab in Hennessy's showroom, spec'd out almost exactly as my coupe except for exterior being Basalt Black Metallic as opposed to white. Anyway, couldn't wait for the delivery of the coupe nor could I pass her up and leave her there all lonely in the showroom.

Great color combo. If getting black I would always go basalt. It hides the dirt, swirl marks, and scratches much better then regular black.

 

Thank you! Agreed on the Basalt. Would have never thought that I would consider a black car but I really love the color combo with the two tone black/red interior and CF accents.

The Basalt REALLY flows so well with the interior. I had switched my order on my white TTS coupe from black interior to the black/red at the last minute as it took me a long time to sell myself on it. I feared it would be overwhelming and I was wrong! Once I saw it in person on the cab I had to have it right then and there. I cannot even begin to tell you how stunning it looks in person. I get compliments on the car pretty much every time I drive it. You just see their eyes looking over the interior every time. As my wife says "now THAT looks like a REAL sports car." Can't wait to see yours!
