Had some fun with couple of freinds yesterday and here is the video





So my car has the following
Full exhaust
IPD
BMC filter
GIAC stage 2
I was on 97 ROM (93). My fuel tank was almost empty. So the car was on diet.

SL 63 has
Downpipe
pp- performance stage 2 tune
more than 1/2 a tank of fuel

Huracan stock. a little bit above 1/4 a tank of fuel

Aventador stock with a passenger and 1/2 a tank of fuel

by watching the video you can see that the out come is different in every race. this is because it's very hard to get 4 cars to start together. and once some one hit the rev limiter we can't stop the race which the case with the Huracan in two races ( you can hear the sound )

another thing is that it was hard to keep everyone's RPM in there sweet spot. I was always in my sweet spot first and second gear. That was't the case when the Aventador and SL were in there 2nd gear. they will be in a low rpm.

It was a fun race to compere the cars not to win. so my conclusion is :-

Aventador vs my car. if had one passenger he would start pulling me around 230 kph and pass me by 270. ( in the video he was pulling me but you can't see it and it was slow )

Huracan we had two clean run where I stayed on it for a while. so it's safe to say that my car is faster.

SL 63 not sure what will happen if we had a clean run. maybe I'll be ahead but it will be close. ( he raced the Huracan and was ahead above 310 kph ).

On a side note My car did 60-130mph in 6.9 in a good weather
and 10.8@130 mph with bad 60 foot.

The GIAC Stage 2 991 Turbo was looking very dominant. Surges to the front and everyone else plays catchup. Love it!

Would love to see you fill up on race fuel and give them a round 2.

 

Austin I am looking forward to doing this myself against exotic cars costing many times as much as my car with my GIAC Stage 2/Europipe exhaust/IPD plenum 991 TTS at the day at Circuit of the Americas during Goldrush Rally 7.

 

and I am looking forward to seeing the videos you post of it.

 

I expect the car to eat up (at least through the quarter mile) the 458, F12, Huracan, Aventador, GTR and 12C. The McLaren 650s or 675 should be a very close race. Obviously no chance
whatsoever against the hypercars north of $1 million and there will be a bunch of them at Goldrush Rally 7 (many Veyrons, a P1 or two and a 918 or 2 are confirmed as going).

But the exotic cars below $1 million will have a lot of trouble beating a GIAC Stage 2 991 TTS.

 

I got cozy with a drink for this one! Very cool vid. The Aventador was pumping flames on acceleration!

will the exact same mods, what would be the difference if any between tt and tts?

 

Don't have the race fuel tune as it's hard to get around here. But if you welling to give me an aggressive tune on 93. I'll be happy to send my DMC back i'm always welling to push it further
