Who has run SS100?

I am going to Texas Motorplex tonight and was wondering if I should run this gas and how low I should let the tank run in getting there.

It's only going to help if you have a race mode 100 tune setting to take advantage of the extra octane.

Otherwise it's not going to make much difference if any in terms of power.

The FVD info says they adapt for fuels from 91-100 octane and that more power can be had using 100 octane. So I guess if I put it in, maybe by the second run it will have adapted. It's worth a try. I can put in 5 gallons for $45 and see. The evening of racing is $15.

Yeah with the FVD piggyback you will definitely see a difference.

You want to come to the track as empty as possible.

Will try to post some slips tomorrow but I have to drive to Ennis (174 miles) drive back to Austin tonight and then get up early and head out to East Texas to spend the day monitoring a timber harvest. Probably post the slips late tomorrow if I do any good. This will be my first time to ever actually run at a drag strip. I have only done VBox prior to this. I am looking forward to having fun tonight.

10.84 @ 133.4 was my best run and it was on race gas 104

So I went to Ennis last night and made 6 runs. One was a failure to launch and I had a 4s reaction time because for some brain dead reason I had the car in park and it took me a couple of seconds to realize it and shift into D. I ran a 11.175 @127 and still beat the other car easily because it was some little econo box that ran a 17 at 81. Anyway, the only car that beat me was a Coupe dragster run by Paul Peyton who is 72 by the way. He red lighted but didn't kill me. That was the second run on 93 octane, I attached a picture of his car. The first two runs and the failed run were all on 93 octane and I started with about 3/8 of a tank. At 1/4 I added 3 gallons of Sunoco 104 Unleaded. The FVD picked it up and the trap speeds after that were all well over 130. I couldn't do better than a 1.73 60ft because the track just wasn't sticky enough. Even the guy with the dragster and huge drag slicks only did 1.57. Most people couldn't get better than 2.2s 60ft.

I am car 365. I added a picture of Peytons dragster. He says it has 650hp.
