Here is the latest update from our 991 TT development.

We were holding the 1/4 mile record with our full VTG upgrade package.

9,51 @ 141mph - 68mm VTG upgrade kit: https://www.6speedonline.com/forums/...hlight=esmotor

We managed to improve it today with 9,41s.

The car has our recent development garrett based turbo kit.

Its still on stock engine, transmission and fuel system...

Unfortunately we found that methanol injection was not working properly on the car, thus intake air temps were going up preventing us get a better trap speed.

We will check everything and get it on strip again, 9,3x sec. and 150mph trap calling us...

Another fast car using Cobb. Congrats on the run.

 

Lord have mercy that was FAST. Looks fast. Is fast. Looked like the car did not want to go completely straight it was under so much power.

 

1.385 60 foot time. Wow

 

C'mon...I think the credit for this one goes to Emre. Yes, he's using a Cobb AP, but the real magic is in his parts and his tuning to be fair.

Emre is doing amazing stuff with our cars.

he was first on the market with intercoolers and first out with upgraded turbos. Way to go.

 

I know but with all the threads Cobb vs GIAC and all the excitement back and forth I thought I would stir the pot.
