First Steps in Ordering a 911 S Next Spring. What Do You Think of This Configuration?

So my current lease is up next year and I've really been drooling over the new 991 Carrera S. I live in the Northeast and this will be my only car and daily driver of approx 50 miles per day year-round. Have another big car for family use on weekends. What do you guys think of this configuration? I wanted to include some of the more "needed" comfort and utility options and left out the various "nice to have" appearance and such options to keep the price down.

Description No. Info Price
911 Carrera S $96,400
Premium Package Plus with Adaptive Sport Seats Plus P3C $6,155
Dark Blue Metallic N4 $710
Luxor Beige leather front seats UJ $0
7-speed Manual Transmission 487 $0
Sport Exhaust System 176 $2,950
Sport Chrono Package 640 $1,850
PASM Sport Suspension 030 $890
20-inch Carrera Classic wheel 427 $1,170
Wheel spacers, 5 mm XRP $490
Wheel center caps with colored Porsche Crest 446 $185
Adaptive Sport Seats Plus (18-way) P07 $0
Steering wheel heating 345 $270
Porsche Crest on headrests XSC $285
Carbon interior package (for standard interior) EEH $1,770
Center console trim in Carbon XHM $630
HD Radio® Receiver 688 $370
Total Price* $115,075

So what do you think?

Thanks

Looks good. One question. Have you listened to the base stereo? I have not, I had the base in my 997 and it was terrible.

Good call, I added the multi-function wheel.

No I haven't looked at the car in detail yet. I'm not big on music, just listen to the radio and would rather hear the engine. But I will check it out.

I figured that given the time spent in the seat each day, I rather pay a bit more for the more adjustable and presumably a bit more comfortable seats. I still need to see if I want the 18 way sport or the regular 14 way power.

I think that is a good choice though I have the 18way seats and they are the most comfortable seats I have had in any of my previous cars.

I think your build will outshine all others, but I am partial. We have a very similar build. The only difference is mine is not the S and some small options. Here is what it will look like. Drool away.

What can I say....it's GORGEOUS!!!

Just looking over the options again, what do you guy think on these items:
1) $3k for the Sport Exhaust and $2k for the Sport Chrono, worth it for daily car or go after market later down the time?
2) Steering Wheel: Leather or Carbon Fiber to match the trim?

All I needed to see was the 7 speed manual and nothing else mattered.
Actually I really like the build but think espresso interior would also look great because I am not a huge fan of beige on a sports car.

Great build! Since you're going with carbon fiber trim, are you also getting the carbon fiber steering wheel (multi function)

I think the sport exhaust is not necessary unless you like the sound.

I chose the sport steering wheel to break up some of the beige, it's a whole lotta beige. Also, the controls are easy to get to thus eliminating the need for the multifunction wheel.

I didn't get the PSE, and I love the sound of the "S" engine in sport mode. I think Sport chrono is a must and I also really like PDCC even though I'm not tracking the car, the mountain roads are so much fun, in part, I think, because of the PDCC.

I also really like the sport steering wheel feel and don't miss the lack of controls on the wheel.

Consider the two-tone dash with black accenting the beige. I have full leather just in beige and sometimes struggle with the glare of the beige dash.

Trying to decide between the Carbon one or the Regular Sport one. I don't really need the multi-function buttons and think the carbon one might be a bit much, BUT it has heating and buttons so loaded. I think I might just stick with the Sport one since it looks great. Gotta think this over.

In terms of PDCC and PASM ($4k together), since this is car that will get well used and put on some miles, do you think the extra electronics and parts are worth the possible failure and breakdowns down the line? I had an SL500 with an air suspension that was a problem and wished that it didn't have it so less to break down.

Few changes:
1) Stock wheels. I can't use 20" summer wheels and tires so I'll need something 18-19" all season after market.
2) Added Folding Mirrors (do these close automatically when you leave the car?) and Exterior Package Painted.
3) Removed PSE and PASM for now.
4) Added SportDesign steering wheel.
5) Removed Carbon Trim for now. I'm not sure the few carbon pieces will mesh well with the ton of silver accents all around.

Price down to approx $109.5k.
