Well I finally did it. I posted earlier if I should get a 997 turbo or a 991 S. After some time checking them both out, I bought the 991S. I traded in my XFR.

But the kicker is I was planning on getting the black one. After walking around the lot, I found one that just caught my eye. It was the Anthracite brown one. I thought I would never own a brown car. It's for old people. Well I guess I am old because I was just fascinated by the color.

But anyways, I want to thank all the guys here helping out the new guy. They were right, the 991 is something else. I will post pics as soon as I can.

 

I love the anthracite more all the time. You'll get tons of compliments. Congrats

 

Congrats on the new car and on being in Colorado. I had a 997 when we lived there and it was an amazing car to drive up through the mountains! I wish we could figure out a way to move back there. Post pics!

It's called fate, LOL. I originally ordered Guards Red, but ended up with black instead. I NEVER thought I'd own a black car.

Thanks. I just have to get used to the beige interior. Really bright. I do like it but I would have loved it more if it was broke up a little bit with a bit of black. For some reason, I have struggling to add pics.
