Laser interceptor help!

I am looking to install either a beltronics STIR+ and laser interceptor quad. Since the leo in my area primarily use laser. I was thinking of high power Laser interceptor quad and V1. Which one would you get?

I am in the same situation as you. My car has not yet arrived. I am planning as of now to get the Bel-Stir Plus and Blinder 905 jammers (3 or 4 head). Appears to be the best jammers at the moment. A shop in the Dallas area quoted me $1400 for the installs of both devices. If you PM me, I will get you their name. If you go with someone else, please share your satisfaction with them.

(the $1400 is installation only. Not including cost of the Bel-Stir and Blinder 905)

I have had several LI systems. You do not need the HP unit (my opinion). Quad is best if you can find a place on the rear for the two units. Cliff with LI has excellent technical support.

I was using a V1 with the LI but got fed up with false alarms. Went to the built in Passport 9500ic. Works awesome with GPS to rule out false alarms. The laser seems to work as well as LI. Although the test show otherwise.

Have had integrated Passport 9500ic and portable 9500ix+Blinder 905 and both options worked just fine and never failed.
I was unhappy with false alarms on the V1. Ended up not paying attention to it ... and got a ticket. V1 is obsolete.

Have 9500ci, it has worked perfectly. The secret is having it installed by a pro who knows how to correctly position the JAMERS for maximum effectiveness.

I went with the LI dual front and one LI HP for the rear in the license plate along with Beltronics STiR plus. I even got a black license plate frame for the rear so you can barely see it installed. I'm not sure how LI dual can be installed in the back of a 911, you are limited on placement.

I have had the LI dual for 3 years along with Beltronics STiR plus on a different car, amazing combo! I was hit several times on LI and it worked flawlessly each time. The Beltronics STiR plus is worth every penny IMO....the V1 with it's false alarms is a joke IMO.

Really happy with my 9500ci. My biggest problem is hopping in my wife's car and forgetting I'm running blind!

i have the stir plus 9500 and hp quad LI. the installer custom fabricated a bracket on the back license plate holder to accomodate the 2 back jammers as far apart as possible (bubbles positioned outward). i had emailed with cliff crane at LI and he recommended spacing them apart as much as possible, though it is limited with the size of the u.s. license plate area. He also said hp was not necessary but that 2 sensors rather than 1 in the back was more important due to the highly reflective surface of the back of a 911.

fwiw i've been shot at in washington state multiple times with excellent jtg results (thought i always try to shut it off after i slow down). also agree with above, love the 9500 performance.
