One thing I dislike about the graphic representation of the sensors is it seems rather vague. The front sensors on my Touareg have lines of varying thicknesses which appear. The closer you are the thicker the line. (Three different thicknesses and total solid) It is very consistent and accurate. I've yet to really get a handle on the blobby colored shapes on the Porsche screen. Practice, practice, I suppose.

I find it able to detect low objects but you need to pay close attention to the first sounds. If you go past those signals, you can scrape the SPASM spoiler.

Also was informed by my dealer PCNA has a TSB about parkassist. It explains that mine was going on for no apparent reason was radio wave interference from other sources. There is no remedy. No big deal IMO as long as it works when you really need it.
