not sure if this is a problem or not...

I live in NYC and we have been having a brutal winter... car is a 2014 C4S and when its really cold outside i notice when i turn the steering wheel all the way, my front wheels hop and slide. I do still have summer tires on the car and i'm thinking thats the issue, but not 100% sure.

That's the issue, put winter tires on and it will go away.

Yeah +1 above comments. I have a 14 C4S and as soon as the temperature was in the 40s and lower consistently I had the same experience. I switched to a new set of winter tires and the feeling when turning the wheel sharply in the driveway was much much better. As mentioned by others, this is something well documented on this and other forums. Nothing you need to worry about....

Not a problem, every car I've owned that had high performance tires does the same thing when temperature drops.
