Thanks for the info. I'm almost certain it's a bit more than that amount when you consider the cost of the part itself (Suncoast charges $195 for it), painting, and installation. However, my point regarding this occurrence was to amplify the added risk associated with lowering the car.

I'm in the same boat as you. PDCC throws a twist into things and no one has lowered a PDCC car to my knowledge. I don't want to be first to do it, nor do I want to void my warranty, so I ultimately chose to do nothing.

OTOH, I don't have to waste time reading threads about scraping the front spoiler...

I have a 991S with PDCC and SPASM lowered on TechArt Springs. The dealer ran a PDCC recalibration program after my install of the springs. It's been 8,000 miles and zero issues so far.

The car was making some rattling noises on the rear after the install, so I brought my car in for some other warranty repairs so I had them look at the rattling. They ended up tightening an end link and re-calibrating the PDCC, as they saw PDCC related errors when scanning the car.

All done free of charge under warranty

I'm surprised your dealer would do that considering you added aftermarket springs. Good for you. Did the dealer happen to install the springs?

I was super surprised too. No, I had an indy shop do the install, but I have had an on-going relationship with my service manager for many many years, as this dealership also sells Audis and had all my previous cars serviced by him.
