New 2015 losing coolant

I just returned from a business trip and noticed drips pink fluid on the garage floor near the rear driver side tire. The car only has 400 miles on it and now the coolant level is at "min". I haven't even had it 30 days yet, should I expect problems to continue? No warnings of any kind - I assume this isn't normal? It was towed to my local Porsche dealer this morning. Is this something they have to remove the engine to fix?

I don't think it is anything to really worry about - dealer will fix. Usually it coolant is low, you will get a warning light and since you did not, I don't think there is an issue. Don't fret too much about the "dip stick" on the coolant showing minimum - mine always does too and I do not think that dip stick thing is accurate. How much pink fluid on the floor? Just drip or a huge puddle? Could be the cap was not on tight. Let us know what happens.

Cool - thanks. Yea dipstick is showing "min". No big puddle lots of drips. When I pulled it out of the garage you could see a drop every 6" or so so I assume it is frequent but I was gone a week so it might evaporated? No fretting now the dealer at least has it. 400 miles is frustrating.

Dealer called - they said the leaks were coming from the bleeder valve so it was an easy fix. Lets hope there is no damage from the flatbed driver when he dropped it off. Loading it was tricky as it has PASM sports suspension (20 mm lower)

Glad it was an easy fix.

You will find that no matter how careful you are with the SPASM, you will hit your front spoiler. It is unavoidable. While I love the drive, look etc. It is too low for the street. I can't even get into a NYC parking garage due to the angle of the street to sidewalk.

I fully expect to hit the front spoiler at some point. In fact there was a little curb rash when I took delivery. I told the dealer that we would leave it and the first time I break it off, just sell me a new one at cost - they agreed. The 911 is my 3rd car and I work from home 3 days/week but I do plan out routes (where I'm going to park etc) to ensure I can get it where I need to go. I haven't had any issues with the lowered stance so far but there are a lot of steep grades around here. I did get gas in Chatham this weekend and I came in at such an angle that it lifted the front tire off the ground but nothing hit and no body give. Very solid car. Being both in NJ I'm sure we'll cross paths at a C&C meet if you attend. Have a good one!
