Interior door panel coming off! Need help
I have a ‘13 Cab, same problem, it separates/rises where it meets the window-take your door panel off yourself, u-tube video available, with plastic removal tools available at any auto parts store for $5, and take it to your local auto seat upholstery shop(one that does quality work on hot rods) they will re-glue for a $100-150. Problem solved. As the video shows do not worry about airbags.

I have a 991 S and the interior door panel is coming off. It is in perfect condition but it is just separating from the the door. The dealership said they would have to replace the entire panel. When I told them I wasn't going to spend $2,000 per panel and remove them they quickly gave me the number for a person they recommend. A interior guy I guess. They said it is an incredibly common problem. Has anyone else dealt with this? Any luck getting it fixed instead of replace? Mine is out of warranty

Door interior separating
Take it to an upholstery shop, one that does hot rods & custom work. I removed mine per the instruction video(easy peasy), dropped it off & they reglued it , for $200, a nice fix.
Agree Porsche should not let this happen but stuff like this does. Get it fixed & move on
