East/South Bay tire specialist ?
Can anyone recommend knowledgeable tire specialists in the Bay Area ?
Not sure I want to have another Big-O tires experience, but don't want to pay dealer prices either.

I use Roger Kraus Racing in Castro Valley for mount/balance/flat fix/alignment/corner weight, but I typically get the tires from Tire Rack and have them shipped to Kraus. Been using them for over a decade.

the hunter engineering machines are the ones i like and the shops that buy them seem to know what they are doing. so in short i'd recommend one of those shops and you can find them on the website:

try 5 point tires in redwood city. it's across from ferrari dealer in redwood city. awesome service but it's not as cheap as america tires. definitely worth the piece of mind though.
