Houston area dyno day?
Houston area dyno day?
I am interested in setting up a dyno day - an AWD dyno! There is a Dyno Dynamics AWD dyno in Houston (Stafford) that has coupled rollers to avoid stressing the AWD differentials. It is rated to 4500ftlbs of tq. I have read that this is the Lexus of dynos and can hold a steady state load. The facility usually charges $75 for 3 pulls, and I was seeing how much interest people might have in doing something that would allow safe testing of their AWD (and 2WD) cars? Place is called Enginelogistics.com

From what I've been told by a friend there is no real good AWD dyno's for Porsches here in Houston.
Maybe we can pay a friend of mine to help remove the front Driveshafts (since it doesnt take long at all) and we can all dyno at like MTI or my friends dyno at G-Force. I'm sure I can work a good price on both.
