i can't believe some of you think this behavior really doesn't affect the rest of us!?
First of all, as has been said earlier, at 130mph he GUESSED that the road was empty. There really is no way to know at that speed. But lets just assume that it was empty.
If he had wiped out, insurance would be picking up the tab causing all of our insurance premiums to rise. In fact, just the fact that there are knuckleheads that do **** like this increases probabilities and increases our premiums. So, in effect, eventhough nothing happened, XICO just stole money out of my pocket.
