Just got my car back. Can't contain myself and the wife doesn't care, but whoa!!! I remember reading another poster say that he couldn't even begin to understand what you guys with 700-800+ hp cars must feel and I have to agree. Feels like a friggin' rocket to me!
Thanks you EVOMS!

Steve- Kind of a new project for Evo so I will let them release the details. Pretty much a Stage 4 package with a couple little twists
Alex- didn't realize that was you. Thanks. My sister is in Danville, I'll have to come check out your shop next time I'm in NorCal.

600 is a great Hp to be at:
1. Awesome spool... car feels just plain lagless
2. No fear of engine problems, no need to do internals
3. Just plain goes like a raped ape
I get an ear to ear grin every time I mash my right foot.

Yep. For the first time in a long time I'm excited to be on-call this weekend. I can't wait to spend some time driving. Unbelievable how quickly the car goes from normal speeds to just flying. Spools up so fast I'm having to get used to grabbing the next gear way sooner than before. Yeh! We'll see how long the stock clutch lasts.

Aye it was me, I was keeping it "low key" and absolutely anytime you're there Danville's not far...
Congrats..
mine stock clutch last 8,000 miles, and with Stage 4+ now is starting to slip the stage 1 as well. In fact EVO does suggest Stage 3 clutch in their new 660 package and that is a wise idea. Thus, if you are panning for a little more than 600 go with Kevlar or Ceramic clutch and do not make the same mistake like I did.
Enjoy!
