Dual Exhaust Tips...How to Clean??

Hi Guys:

I have the dual exhaust tips on my Europipe Stage II Loud. They are starting to get a little dirty. Is there a tried and true product out there that can safely and effectively clean the tips?

TIA!!!!

TCM is infamous around these parts
Not that hard to take care off. The largest problem with exhaust tips is the scratching from rocks being thrown up from the tires. Just wash the tips with a good cleaner while washing, then dry and apply a decent metal polish to them (P21S multi finsih restorer has worked well for me). Lastly, add some sort of wax to provide prtection and you are all set. I also avoid cleaning the inside of the tips as many exhausts have special "chambers" (do not know a better word at the moment) in the tip itself.

on my other car i used to use wheel cleaner, you know the stuff that you can put on aluminium painted wheels, and all the dirt and grime just drips off...but then again I dont know if its a good idea to try it on a porsche....used to work good on my other cars...

yea Ken. since the inside is black anyways, no need to clean the inside because it blands in with the pipe very well. just need to polish the outside & the ring face.
