Is this the same part in front and back, L/R ?

Front to rear are different. Left to right depends on which arm is used.

Rear have a part no ....14 instead of .....07 ??

Looks like in 04 they changed to be the same. 03 and earlier are different. Look at the 'remarks' column for model year applicability.

They are the same front and back . New no. is .... 16

Is there any sitesponsor that is selling controll arms ?

The front and rear are the same. For all years 996T, the part number ends in "16". You can ignore the "07" and "14" numbers, because they both supercede to the new "16" number.

It looks like we have one in stock, and they're easy to get fast.

The GT(x) arms are a little more complicated because they are a multi piece adjustable control arm (the fronts anyway, the rears are the same as the all the other 996's and 986's). For the arm, flange, and hardware, you're looking at about $275 per arm then whatever adjusting shims you would need.
