I think they are a great unit but keep in mind my car sees most of its time on a track. Feels very stable at high speed (unlike stock). I think they are also very streetable but probably not as soft as a PSS9/10. Quality of the units is great as well. I like the rebound/compression adjustability. They certainly are not Motons or JRZ but then they are less than half the price. I did consider Cross/JIC as well but was turned away from the reliability and customer service issues that people reported. Hope that helps. There's lots of information on the boards about coilovers. Search is your friend.

Having gone from stock to the PSS9's to the KWv3's on my M3, I can tell you the v3's are better in every aspect. The greater height adjustability as well as the ability to adjust compression/rebound easily allows you to have more control over of your coilover than other brands. This is wonderful because there may be instances in which you might not like one tiny aspect of your coilover system and would like to tweak it. On the PSS9's, they rode nice and "stock-like" which was great, but taking the out onto the track, the car ended up squatting too much for my liking and the drive was sloppier than I would have liked as well. Switching into the v3's, this was much less of an issue and I was able to to do the adjustments very easily and have a very different feel for the next session. KWv2 and v3's are also backed with a lifetime warranty so should anything ever go wrong (which they haven't yet for me), you can get them replaced. Also, relative to the price of Motons, the price is right.

I'm currently in the market for a 996tt, and from experience in the M3, I know for a fact that the coilover system I'm going to go for is the v3 in the 996tt.

If you have any other questions , you should call AutoTalent (310-231-7800) and talk to Sam. The company sells an enormous amount of KW's and he'd be your best bet as far addressing specific questions you may have.

I have them on my 02 TT and love them, I have ridden and driven the H&R's and a few others and feel that my KW V3's are perfect for street use.

I had them on my Audis and now my 911 love it wouldn't go to anything else.
