You guys with the k24/18g turbos how many bars are you hitting on third gear and what program are u running.

 

1.1 on pump, running proto software , and i have the greddy ebc to crank it up to 1.3 on race gas.

 

1.05bar on pump fuel and 1.18bar on race. I'm running Proto software. Like unvmym3, I have a Greddy boost controller, so I can set the boost wherever I want it.

If you don't have a boost controller, you should consider one...it makes adjusting boost so easy.

 

Should i be worried if im running consistently 1.3 bars on 95.

 

yes , you really dont want to go over anything 1.1 on pump , do you havea boost controler ?

 

What software do you have? Do you have a boost controller?

That seems a bit high to me, but you should check with your tuner.

I was told not to run over 1.1bar on pump fuel, but that is 93 octane. On 95 you may be able to run a little more boost, but 1.3bar seems too high to me. I don't even run 1.3bar on race gas....

 

yup , you should invest in a boost controler , 1.3 is way to high for 95 1.1 is the max on pump. i would talk to you tuner get a new file .

 

I run 1.5 on race gas with Proto software with no boost controler its like a rocket on wheels

 

I run 1.0 bar on 109 octane race gas. Advance the timming! Works well.

 

1.2 bars here on pump, car runs great. (I do mix in a couple gallons of 103unl from time to time to keep things safe).

 

Proto tune and I run 1.1 on 93

 

Good GAS IS YOUR Friend and pump gas "can be" your enemy.

I pull consisten 1.3 to 1.4 bar on MS 109 (105 octane unleaded/$10 per gallon)

On pump I do not like more than 1.1 bar personally.

I have been boosting this way thousands of times.
