Talking Here she is ... 669rwhp

Todd sent me a picture of my baby all dressed up.

The dyno was 669 rwhp

It gets shipped back to me on Saturday and I'll have her home Sunday night.

Thanks goes to Todd at Evo and Peter at wheel experts. It took awhile but it looks like it was all worth it.

I'll give SOTP details after I actually drive it.

NoMercy,

I was never able to dyno my 3.6 motor with the latest turbo's. The motor came apart the day before we were to dyno. Without the nitrous, you slightly edged her. With the nitrous, well that's another story. So far those are about the best non nitrous numbers I have seen if those are SAE 1990 revised standards. Even if they are not, you are still up there with the rest of the big dogs.

Nice car Cab! Have you upgraded your rods? What does the tq curve look like?

Chad,

What failed on your 3.6 motor? Did you improve the rods or other internals?

NelsonF,

Don't know yet. We developed a ticking noise on one bank. She blew out an oil plug between the engine and tranny. We found oil shavings in the oil filter. No engine lights. Oil pressure was fine until plug blew. We did a leak down check and the bottom end is fine. My guess is we pounded off a lobe or two on one of the cams. That motor was producing (guess) about 750-775 rwhp. This motor was stock internally and with the clutch and tires, one heck of alot of power was being transfered to the ground.

We will post picture of the failed parts when she comes apart next week.

The wheels are 19' HRE 841Rs. The rear wing is a Tech Art wing. It may be a bit too much though. I still have not seen it in person so I will wait until then.

I will also post dyno graphs as soon as I get them. The 669 is on 100 octane. There are three programs. One for 100 octane, one for 94 octane and one for 91 octane. Todd is finishing off the programing for the 94 and 91 octane settings and will dyno accordingly.

Some of the info on the GT 750 is still not out yet and Todd has asked me to wait until he is ready to release all the info.

CJV, Todd is also doing a "shop car" to represent EVOMS. If mine is entered it will be extra. He plans to represent with something even nastier. I am sure it will be a coupe and not some bloated cab.
