I guess it depends on the model of h/r coil over, since they have several. I look at the company and how they stand behind the product. Bilstein has a great reputation for backing their product and helping a customer resolve issues. I haven't heard that being the case with H/R.

I have JIC in my list of future mods... from the feedback here and in Rennlist, it seems like the best setup for when you do some track time.

Vividracing seem to have the best price for them.

Are used coilovers a viable option? I may be able to get my hands on some used JIC's for next to nothin.
