Any experience with Fabspeed Headers on 996GT2?

Any experience with Fabspeed Headers on 996GT2?

I'm thinking of ordering this headers from their website... any opinions??

I have them on a 996 turbo and I would assume they are the same as what would go on your car. They are replacements for the stock ones. I have had no problems. They're now almost a year in service.

They fit perfect, but unless you are at 600+ hp they won't do a thing for power. Stock headers,ported and coated are the way to go.

i c... what i've done so far with my GT2 is just GIAC and the Fabspeed Sport Imported Racing Catalytic Converters with Muffler Bypass Pipes..

hm... should i or should i not get the headers???

spend money on other things...even a plenum..I had headers on my other turbo didnt do a thing...most tuners and porsche mechs say stock ones are great no hp gains..

i c... before considering of changing the headers, i was thinking of buying Fabspeed airfilter with the BMC... but then, the mechanic told me that it'll only cause me trouble in the future with the MAF sensor, etc...

Just stick the bmc in your stock airbox, LIGHT on the oil, just the most minimal mist. You can also cut a opening in the other side if you want. I would forget the headers, but porting and coating stock ones will help power.


Do evo wastegate actuators,http://www.evoms.com/marketplace/Vie...00E34BCACB0%7D set for 1.25 bar,and boost hoses/f hose and your set.
