One mega simple solution : www.imageshack.us
No affiliation or anything ... but it's just too easy to use. No registration, just browse for your pic, click "Host it", and select how you want it to appear (I'd suggest the clickable thumbnail to save on bandwidth) ... by clicking on the code, copy it (ctrl+c) and paste in the message.
Here's an example with RaveTT's car (first pic I had laying around)

Or you can upload pics from the reply page. To resize images, you have more options than Photoshop. Lots of people use ACDSee ... just do a search for free image resize, and you should find what you need.

1. Browse to the image location on your hard drive (Hit reply, not quick reply and you'll see it below the message box where you type)
2. Hit submit
Only one image can be attached per submit.
The otherway to show pics is to host it somewhere, and use the UBBCODE [img] to attach its URL (or hit the IMG button above the text box and enter the URL)

Thanks, this seems to work. I posted pics before from my hard drive but had some trouble recently. Another picture
