BB exhaust....

Anyone have this exhaust on their turbo? I heard a clip of the GT model and it sounded great. Feedback appreciated.

100 cell cats is what you should be looking for and then compare sound and then buy. Otherwise you are throwing your money away, IMHO.

I passed on a B and B TT when I was looking to buy becasue of the drone...maybe it doesn't occur in all of them, but that one was enough to steer me away from it.

Last i heard they're models were like Fabspeed. The earlier ones drone like a b**** but their latter models worked it out.

If i were you I'd HIGHLY consider any of the cross over center section systems like BBi, GMG, UMW. The cross over eliminates drone while producing an amazing sound as it combines both cylinder banks so you're hearing all 6 in unison instead of two 3 cylinder banks. Also IIRC the cross over creates some what of a vaccuum effect effectively creating more air flow.

What? Can't hear you? Huh....

Just kidding. I had a BB on a 993 NA car....and the drone was unbelievable. My sons would NOT ride in the car. I'd check out the thing with your ears before buying for sure. N of 1. But, that was a really bad unit (PO put it on the car....I lived with it but I would not have stuck with it for long..sold car ....)

thank you for the replies. They may have worked out the drone, which i want to avoid, period, but no positive comments makes me wonder.

Hey Colby, I never heard anyone describe it like that, although it makes great sense. I have been searching for a better sound as, to be honest, I have never liked the sound of the P tt's. Your explanantion makes sense.
Anyone running one of these systems who could comment or have a clip?
thanks

the steel seems to be of higher quality than other manufacturers too (321 grade)
