That blue is hot...I htink darker colors look better on the new 5 than light ones

I think the car will look good in black or white. The style has been growing on me as of late. i test drove a 545 with sport package last week and it was a pretty decent drive.

Can't wait to see the numbers this thing puts up... this is the car that should get my respect for bmw back as they haven't done anything to get anyone's attention in quite a while.

I have to admit that it looks nicer than the early photographs that were available.

Does anyone prefer last generation's styling other than me? I though they were going in a great direction. One word, Bangle. Must be synonymous with Mangle.

Have you already forgot about the E39 M5? Considered by a whole bunch of auto magazines to STILL (as the E60 M5 isn't out yet) be the best Supersedan out there?

Here's one. I do hope they do some facelifts very soon to these new 5-, 6- and 7-series. ie redesign the whole car....

Just my opinion, but I laugh whenever I see a new 5--one of the ugliest cars I have ever seen. The M5 is better but still has the ridiculous "eagle eyes" and bangled butt. I took my name off the M5 and M6 lists at my local dealer since I can't stand the bangled cars.

I was expecting a more aggressive front dam, and a rear lip spoiler

Just a heads up - Bangle designed the original E46 and E39 series as well....(which everyone loves)....food for thought, seems that he started snorting around the time of the new 7 and 5 lol.

I don't care for it either. For the record I use to be a huge BMW fan until Bangle got a hold of the design department.
