The info is a bit murky.

Here is what I've figured out so far. Most K24 and 16 Hybrids will do just fine with stock everything.

24/18g cars are fine with a 5 BAR as long as you are not using race gas and pumping up the boost. Basically the 5 bar can support max boost on pump gas.

For peace of mind, or using race gas, or to support future upgrades go with bigger injectors...

Does this sound right?

Steve, before you go waste money talk to Kevin. He told me that the K16/24 is pretty much maxed out and injectors won't bring much more out of them, as a cost versus power thing, it's not worth it.

Not likely, am really curious what a GIAC "race" file is? I had a GIAC previously and was told that they don't modify the code. "What you bought is what you got".

I'll 2nd PRCHE951's recommendation, give Kevin a call. (Of course, I am a bit biased, but I've also BTDT).

Well I have the 16/24 hybrids with 5bar fpr and when I run 100 octane file I can't get enough fuel delivered....maxed out. To go farther is injectors an rails for me. Of course I am at 5300 ft.

Boulder is only 5300 ft? your problem is the same problem we all have up here, altitude. But that is more of a safety issue than anything else. Injectors are worth it up here for safe measure.

But I would talk to Kevin, he knows his turbos.

race file is for race fuel , a hand held controll plugs into the ecu allowing me to change to stock, the more aggessive file which goes with my current mods or a race gas file

Live dyno will tell you the AFR and you go from there. You don't need bigger injectors at that level. Stock injectors will do just fine. Remap and live dyno.

Don't guess. There is a fuel for hp formula. Find out from kevin the potential hp of your turbo's and then determine the fuel required.

in a nutshell you dont need more "fuel" for your current set up. you can check the duty cycle on the injectors and AFR's but you should be more than fine.
no one with your set up needs more fuel. get a 5 bar FPR and dont worry about how to spend more money!!
for real piece of mind at the track I do run race gas, also had my car carefully checked out and dynoed and with the k24 hybrids it has plenty of fuel
