guys
my car belonged to the owner of JIC suspension..

it has adjustable upper control arms in the rear (solid)

this is suppose to be one of the best adjustable upper rear control arms (dog bones)
its "solid" and has no rubber from i understand

i cant deal with this anymore because its just too much for me on the street...

i will give you my adjustable uppper rear control arms for your stock non adjustable upper rear control arms

my stuff is not damaged, i just want something softer because this is just too bumpy for nyc streets, and the car will never see a race track which is what this setup is made for

if youre in the NY/NJ/PA/CT area and want to swap..
PM me to set up a time and date and more details

im not asking for any money.. just your upper rear control arms in working condition

dude, don't take them off steve! you're car is going to feel terrible at 1.40mph+ speeds (espeically with the way you drive).... you're ride isn't going to improve with the stock dog bones..

if you want to stop by my house, i have a friend who wants the JIC dogbones, you can keep my OEM ones. bring the tire while ur at it!

Steve you sure it's the dog-bones and not the spring rate? When I got my JIC's originally they had the "track" spring rate which was near unbearable. I swapped them for the next lower rate and it's not manageable on the street.

Just droplinks shouldn't have that effect. Check your spring/shock settings.

are you guys sure about that ? the car is frickin stiff as hell, and when i hit a hard bump, the alignment in the rear would sometimes get knocked out...
the suspension is set to SOFT in the rear

im being told its because of my solid rear control arms ??

i'm being told that i have nothing in the back to absorb any impact, and thats why the car has so much wheel hop etc....

ive had about 9 alignments done since ive owned the car... and im being told to get rid of these things

I have JIC with dogbones in the back of my yellow car. With 2 springrates including their "street" spring rate, it's still bumpy and makes all the noise in the world, albeit it handles quite well.

Our camo car has KW Clubsports, initially with no dogbones it handles flawlessly right at the hit and takes bumps much better than the JIC while still handling well. I installed a set of ERP dogbones last week and had the car re-aligned, not a noticable difference in noise, and the car still handles bumps no problem.

The small rubber bushings in the factory dog bones are not going to provide the same level of dampening as a shock absorber and spring setup. You're battling a valving problem or spring rate more than the dogbones IMO. Japanese designed coilovers commonly use much heavier spring rates than their european competitors, you'll find similar problems with HKS,Tein, etc when making direct comparisons for a street car.
