Do people really "adjust" the cant on their GT2 wings?

Picked up a deck/wing in great shape the other day. Can either buy adjustable hinges for $400 or have the wing permanently anchored for $200. Seems like a PITA to adjust the cant, plus I dont know if the 5 degrees or so of adjustment is worth the extra money. What do you guys think?

Thanks

The adjustable hinges certainly "look good", I am having my GT2 hinges from Misha currently painted Silver. All OEM wings are adjustable so there must be a good reason

Depends what you are doing with it.. If I want more rear end down force on the track of course I tilt it downwards and it's helpful, if I were doing a highs peed run on a runway, you want it in its neutral flat stock position (or preferebly off lol)

Be aware, adjusting the wing in the wrong direction for the wrong application can be very dangerous to your health.

Don't do it..I've adjusted mine to the max of 5 degree as stated above and when the fuel tank is 1/4 or lower. The front end feels 'light' at highway speeds. I'm thinking of setting ot back to 'stock'...unless you like to drive around with a 'light' front end.
