Silver GT660 Sleeper with HRE Comps
This classic-looking silver 996TT originally only came in for a mild Stage II upgrade but ended up staying a while longer for a full EVOMS GT660 power kit, Bilstein PSS10 Suspension and some light-weight HRE Competition wheels.
First things first, off comes the bumper, stock exhaust and the rest of the restrictive gear:

On go the GT28 based turbo chargers. Obviously bigger than the factory K16 turbos they still provide a very quick spool.

With increased boost pressure the factory hoses are not going to cut it so the EVOMS boost hoose upgrade has to be installed:

In goes the EVOMS V-Flow intake system and Hitachi MAF kit.

The all important ECU tuning for the upgraded 60lb SEIMENS injectors:

In order to support this sort of power level a Sachs/GT2 SharkWerks Stage II Clutch system has to be installed.

The EVO B&M shifter was also installed for a reduction in throw and more precise feel (essential due to the sloppy feel of the factory mechanism)

The Bilstein Coil Over kit has 10 levels of Dampening that are easily adjustable via the ****. The car was lowered only an inch.

We went 11.5 inch wide 18 inch C-21 wheels with Michelin Pilot Sport 2 tires in 315 GT2 sizing for better traction
. Instead of the usual "polished" outer we went with brushed/clear and it looks pretty good

There she is ready for "take off".

It's the GT660 bolt-on kit from EVOMS:

Thanks Aboy.GT2.... He's a pretty "up" there guy so he likes to fly under the radar
Polished is good but it's so hard to clean!
ROFL... thanks Eugene... with your gearing you can take it
Cheers!
LOL I know Eric... actually about 10 mins before delivery the Porsche parts truck showed up with the clears

I hate to ask, but i'm a total noob here. How do the EVOMS kits compare to the hybrids that i see most running (16/16G & 24/18G)?

Those are 18 inch C-21s.
My pleasure and thanks!
Yes sir!
Well they use the GT28 alpha based series turbo so it's a different delievery. I'd say a K24 based 18G would have more top end (and lag) where as the 16/16G would have less power all the way around.
Great work, by the way!!!!
gt28s are known for their minimal lag and getting full boost in the mid 3K rpm range so I doubt it's a big difference. The difference will be in the mid and top where the 28s kick in vs a 16g.
