For those that have not seen Fred's car in person the pics do not do it justice. This thing is bad ****!!! It is a little tight getting the ECU out though

Thanks everyone for the compliments and I compliment each of you as well. Everyone on this board has beautiful cars (from stock to custom).

Oh and I just ordered Red Seat Belts and the Carnewal Aluminum 3 spoke steering wheel with Silver Crest, can't wait.

And stephen it was nice meeting you along with Todd. You guys are AWESOME and the IBE Chipswitch is working great. I have 100 running now. It ROCKS!!!!!!

Fred's car, mods in general

Looks awesome Fred.

I just ordered a set of 540Rs for my car. The 5 series HREs are all really incredible - both in terms of looks and light weight.

Just wondering, does this mod process (sickness) ever end... I also have the euro bumper in hand, and am waiting for the aerokit from Gert. Then there's the PSS9s that are going on in two weeks, and the Lidatek... Then, hopefully she will be complete!

Or... does it really ever end?

racer63 - I just scraped my lip for the first f...ing time!! I have the aerokit lip and the PSS-9 and my car was the highest 'lowered' car last I checked!! I am so pi..ed off right now!! I need to get the lip sanded down and repainted (I generally hate repainting anything)...This brings me to my next point - how low is the Techart type II front?? I am really worried!! the roads here SUCK!!!!

The techart bumper looks the best imo, however plan on painting it once or twice a year if your car is lowered. I have had mine done three times so far. You also have to watch the fangs pulling out of driveways. I Chipped both of mine and just had them redone two weeks ago.
