hes open to run stock lightly modded tt's on the road to tijuana.

i may take the mini for support on the trip though. just in case anyone brings out their highly modded minivans...

Hey guys, thanks to all that attended today. 7 pcars were in attendance. 4 996TT, 1 CGT (didn't run), 40 year Ani 996, and a 964 RUF. Chad's Mustang, a Saleen mustang, an SS Camaro with nos, a c5 Zo6 (550 whp), a SC C6 vert, Darins C6(not sure of mods) an Evo, a Honda S 2000, 2 turbo miatas, and others I don't remember. But I DO remember NOT seeing Dr. jitsu. Edwin, (Precision Porsche) met us early but didn't go to the track. Edwin's car is just sick in person. Those that know the mods of these cars please chime in.

Thank you to EVERYONE who came out...special thanks to Darin Chipi who stepped up to run the event as I had to pack all day (have to be out of my house tomorrow!!!!!!!!). The next event will be the third Saturday of September!

p.s. Todd, are you really surprised that Sean no-showed? The God's smiled upon him when my car got broken into!

 

It was a blast. Todds last run and his fastest was side ways down the track. I think he was just showing off to Ben. Before I left Ben was getting ready to start ripping out the interior of his car to try to catch Todd. Porsche rulled the day.

 

Eric, that Ben is a hoot. He was so pissed that I took my pass seat out today. After you left, he hot lapped it at least 10 times.

 

Sounds like yall had fun. Maybe everyone did not have as much fun as Todd!!
What mods does Ben have (besides an extra seat)?

 

Where do I collect my money for the race will never happen? I believe I called it on post #38.
Anyone hear how Sean emergency hysterectomy went? Or was it just toxic shock syndrome?
The roads in Mexico that lead to the track was a good time too.

 

Oh, let me tell you. His car is fast, and he can drive the **** out of it. 24/18's, 60lb injectors, proto tune, RWD, portted headers, Fabspeed new clutch. The list goes on. He has built a beast. Just a matter of time til he is mid 6's.

But, I have the coveted "passenger seat delete".

My best time for the day was an 11.5.
I wish my car could run in the 10's bone stock...maybe when it cools off and I flash it. Really enjoyed it out there today!!

Correction made.

A Softronic tune would yield you a low 10, high 9 for sure. Add an exhaust and DV's and your in the 8's. Good runs today Ken.
