I must say, Tech Art has done a fine job with this one. I am trying to figure out what is going on with the rear wing though. It is hard to tell.

The 997 kills the 996. Wow.

 

Even with just the few little differences it makes such a huge difference. I can't wait to see the Turbo version

I am in automotive love with the Techart 997. Give me a silver one with the black wheels and polished lip.

 

From that pic...it looks like the following was done to a standard 997S:

1. Lowering - springs, etc
2. 20" wheels
3. Front spliter
4. Side skirts
5. Rear wing
6. Headlight rings painted body color
7. Clear side markers
8. Side mirrors
9. some type of rear bumper mod

Is there anything I'm missing? Judging by TechArts current pricing, that should be around 15k in mods. Maybe more?

 

The rims are huge, but those are 20's? People put 20's on 911 P cars? IMHO, Dubs are a little excessive for the 911. But it does look stunning.

 

Looks like maybe a TechArt exhaust too, judging by the tips. That would be another 5k right there.

 

BTW...the TechArt car reminds me of this car...A LOT!!

993 Turbo S

The rear wings look very similar, but the cars also look very much alike. Not a bad thing IMHO.

Wow, looks fast standing still. Minor changes, personal taste, trim some fat off the rear wing, and, something about the driving light/turn signals detract from the rest of that beautiful front nose. Maybe a layer of tinting toward black.
