Do a search for the DIY pressure tester to check for leaks. Even with a leak you might still see normal pressure - the turbos will just be spinning harder to compensate for loss of air volume is all. Would be slower to boost and the IATs would be hotter as well most likely. It's fairly easy to test if you have a compressor and the tool to do it isn't hard to make - been there done that...

Before headers and an exhaust I could hit .8 bar but not hold it. Since the change I've been able to hit and hold 1 bar (2nd and 3rd gear, I hit the rev limiter in 1st gear before I can get to 1 bar). I'm also X50. Change out the exhaust, it makes a world of difference.

I got in the freeway this morning at 5:30 at 3rd gear; i got only to 04 in WOT but when i shefted to 4th gear in WOt, the Boost bar reached to 09 for a moment. i tried that few more times with 09 at boost bar, therefore, i think everything should be dandy. Thanks everyone for your input.

Is it showing this right as you shift? I've noticed on shifts that sometimes the DVs don't completely catch the spike and the gauge will show an elevated number for a second. From the description it sounds like you hold .4 in 3rd and don't go higher till 4th. That could be a boost leak and it would be worth testing for if you have a compressor - the tool to do it from the MAF is NOT hard to make. A fitting, a clamp, and some JB Weld with a bit of driling...

put third gear at 2000rpm and hit it...(on a flat surface)it should hit 0,8 and be steady there...not just a spike...

I think one of the reason i only got to .4 boost at 3rd gear was because I already reached the red zone in my RPM and i must shift to the 4th gear. does this make sense? I will try the 3rd gear at 2000 RPM and will hit it hard to see what the reading would be.
