Battery Tender Install?

My Battery Tender Plus should arrive today and I'd like to install it tonight along with my new Interstate Battery. I'm wondering how everyone has run the cables for the Battery Tender plug to the power source? I'd rather not have to pop the hood every time I plug in the Battery Tender, which will be often.....any pictures of ways you have done it?

I ran mine from the battery under the cowl and out by the wipers. Everything is secured with tie wraps. This way makes it very easy to plug in and remove.

I have mine sitting on the plastic on the left side of the battery. You need to extend the cable if you want it where the above poster has it. I didn't do that and I have to pop the hood every time.

I think they sell extending cables, I will have to see how long what comes in the box is....then maybe I will need to order the extender....UPS hasn't delivered it yet even though its out for delivery! Grrr!

That is not the type of battery tender he has. He has the one that attach's to the battery.

I prefer the lighter as well

Just don't use the meth injected battery for extra power, that was the problem.
